Preventive Health Checks and executive health seminars At the Time of Pregnancy


Pregnancy is the happiest moment that a woman can enjoy, in her entire life. However, if adequate precautions are not taken on time then their remains high chances of the woman, becoming sick.  At the time of pregnancy there are some preventive measures that must be practiced by everyone to prevent severe end results.
  1. The first step that should be taken into account is arranging a reputable physician for regular health checks. Regular checkups are very vital. The doctor will be able to decipher and let you know about the progress in pregnancy and/or any complications. This will help in finding and solving problems right at the bud.   2. It has been estimated that a pregnant woman, on an average, requires 300 calories. The calorie count is definitely more than what a normal woman consumes during her non-pregnancy days. Gaining weight during pregnancy is absolutely normal; hence all the females who love to portray the size zero figures may take it easy during pregnancy. You can’t compromise on the nutrition intake thinking about the body shape, right? To ensure that you enjoy a healthy pregnancy you should make sure that the nutritional consumption is satisfactory. However, you can certainly lower the amount of fats to control weight gain.
  3. Sleeping is another important exercise. Sufficient sleep facilitates healthy pregnancy. Carelessness should be avoided at all costs as a little carelessness from the mother’s part can even result in the death of the child. The normal eight hours of sleep is considered to be sufficient.
  4. Last but not the least, there are numerous pregnancy exercises that the pregnant woman can practice. Simple exercises such as walking, yoga and stretching are advised by medical practitioners.
